We’re excited to announce that we took in our first intern here at SDA this summer! We’re very excited to have Ashley here as a Graphic Design intern, to learn and grow, and get a sense of what this industry is all about. Ashley has settled in nicely here, and has been given the opportunity to learn new things, problem solve, and try her hand at several different facets of our business. We look forward to continuing on with this internship program, as we are very passionate about furthering students in their design education, and offering real world experience.

It was that time once again to brand JVC at their Jazz Festival in Miami. This year we designed large 4-sided structures that house high-resolution prints of JVC’s current ads. Thank you to our entire team, and especially to Jody and Armando for their on site help. Great job guys.

After several years of research and planning, SDA has chosen Nemetscheck, parent company of Vectorworks and Cinema 4D, as provider of software for our new CAD workflow. We will be leveraging the strength of each application to achieve better efficiency, enabling us to provide our CAD service at a more affordable price. We are grateful to the technical and development teams for their support, and all the hard work put in by our SDA staff smoothing out our custom workflow.

The new year has begun for SDA and once again we are pleased to be
heading up JVC’s environmental branding for their CES convention in Vegas. The project encompassed almost 40,000 square feet of space and required precise spatial planning to achieve a complete environment that both represented the JVC brand as well as created a friendly and manageable flow for attendees.
Many new products were launched as well as a new brand and of course a sneak peak at new technology from their engineers in Japan. The Project went great and many thanks to the 40 plus team members it took to make this a reality. Also a special thanks to our core Expo Services Team, pictured below along with some shots from the actual trade show.
